Checklist for new presenters

CHECKLIST FOR NEW PRESENTERS:

1. __ Learn how to set up your online party properly (check out our ONLINE PARTY TRAINING). This is probably THE most important thing you can do!!! Online Parties make a majority of my business and it's honestly the EASIEST way to work the business. Not the only way, but the easiest!

2. __ ORDER products! At LEAST 5 sets of 3D Lashes but if you can, add on the skincare products (Awake & Brilliant). $129.99 to start up is such an amazingly low cost for a business. Consider this part of your business investment. Use the lashes on hand for cash and carry (keep 2-3 always in your purse). Let people know you have them with you!! "oh my gosh.. I totally forgot that I have a couple right here with me.. want one?" SERIOUSLY-- you can sell them out of your purse to receptionists, friends.. you just have to let them know what you have and how AWESOME it is!!

3. __ Do a personal facebook post: sharing NOT selling. DON'T post your party link or even business link. It can be a pic of someone's lashes (we have an ENTIRE image library) or your own (even better!). Say something like, these new mascara is AMAZING. OR "I can't believe I ever lived without this product". or "I can't believe how awesome my lashes look". and that's it. SUPER IMPORTANT!!! People don't want to be sold to on facebook-- they want friends to recommend and share products they love. I wouldn't even post that I was a new presenter with younique. NO SALESY COMMENTS!!! NO "JOIN MY TEAM" comments!

4. __ Make your goal to promote to YELLOW in your first 48 hours (Yellow means you have $1000 PRS - which does include your own purchases). That's JUST 35 sets of lashes. Can you sell 35 lashes in 48 hours?? I bet you CAN!! Don't get your business off by crawling-- get things rolling by RUNNING with your new business. We have people selling $12,000+ in products a MONTH- get committed and start sharing this product with all you know. Commit to hitting YELLOW AS FAST AS YOU CAN! It will be a HUGE benefit to you. PLUS, you'll earn more than what you paid for your kit before you even get your credit statement. Show that to your husband or friends who may be skeptical!! Just share with everyone you know :)

5. __ Write this Down! To build your business you want to do the following each month:
5/5/2 .... 5 Parties going on at a time always, 5 new presenters, and $2000 PRS (sales) each month.

6. __ Set up a Weekly Call with Your Sponsor. This is YOUR business and your sponsor will be a huge source of support- but you need to let her know what you need and want. It's YOUR responsibility to tell her you want to do a weekly call and to set up the time -- and it is YOUR responsibility to CALL HER. It's your business - you are the boss.

REMEMBER that this is YOUR business!!!
