PARTIES & ORDERING

WHY HOLD HOME PARTIES??
1. They work.
2. More efficient with your time: share with more people in a concentrated amount of time.
3. People tend to purchase more because they can try out the products.
4. Not everyone is on Facebook.
5. They are fun! Sure, you may be nervous your first couple of times, but it gets easier the more you do them. Consider it your night out with other adults! Get a babysitter and treat yourself (oh and you're getting paid to do it!)
6. You are essentially training potential presenters with every party that you do. Keep it simple and fun and invite those at the party to join so they can do the same.

FROM MEGAN ADAIR:
Had my first in-home party last night! I was so nervous!! I was prepared with all of my samples, my personal BB Cream, Face Wash, and all of the brushes. I had wash rags, face wipes, and a mirror I bought at Walmart for $12. I need to buy a 2nd one! I was super bummed I didn't have any Brilliant Moisturizer on me. I know I would have sold at least one had I had it to sample! (It is on its way)

I started out by talking about why I joined as a presenter and the opportunities it has given me! Then I went through each product and talked about the ingredients and how awesome they were. I had my ipad and showed pictures of each products with some results. I saved the mascara for last. (I used my notes a lot! Hopefully with time I won't have too!!)

Kristina McSherry had some awesome tips too! Tell your guests to bring their own brushes so they can sample the pigments. My group used their fingers and rubbed on their hands and sprinkled in paper plates! Ha (whatever works) Also she had a bunch of mascaras on hand that the guests purchased and put on at the party! My host ended up sharing her own mascara for her four friends to try. They couldn't get over how awesome it was! The 4 ladies were in their 60's and to see their reaction was priceless! I am definitely looking forward to more in-home parties now! This party has already been more successful than all my virtual parties!!!

FROM KRISTINA MCSHERRY:
It went really well! It was a different type of home party. I placed a bulk order for lashes before hand and all the ladies came to the open house to learn how to apply thir lashes and sample pigments. After the party I placed another bulk order for pigments, bb cream and such so they got free shipping on everything. They loved it! I purchased some mirrors for make up stations, and had all the pigments, catalogs and some pictures displayed. It went really well!

It was nice to have all the lashes their because they got to take them home that night and only had to wait on other items. I used cash, check or square for payment options

I provided some cheap applicators that I did not love.... But I also included I the invite to bring your own brushes, which was a huge hit and when they compared their brushes to mine they bought new ones!
