WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET ORDERS ON YOUR SITE? 

Do a happy dance!  Yeah!!

THEN, show great customer service!  I either msg or email each customer with a little note 
(check out my email at the very bottom of this page)

But, however you contact your customer, it's REALLY important you send them these Lash Tips. (see below) While they will get directions with their 3D lashes, it doesn't come with troubleshooting tips.  These tips will help your customers to have a BETTER experience their first time using it.   I also send a link to a youtube video so they can see how to apply it.  Here's one I really like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9oXJCAXZBU

A week or so after they order, it's a good idea to check back with your customer to see how they liked it and to ask for a before and after shot to share (with their permission, of course).  Contacting them can help build the relationship with that customer!!  If they are having issues, you can help them solve it before they get frustrated.  If they love it, you can ask them to host or to think about becoming a presenter.  WIN WIN!! 

I go one step further and I mail out a personal thank you card with a sample of 1-2 eye pigments to my customers.  It takes a little time, but I like getting more product into customer's hands, plus I send along my business card which hopefully makes reordering easier. 

The other IMPORTANT STEP is to follow up with your customers and ask them if they'd be interested in hosting or joining.  I can't stress how important this is!!!  Many of my customers have become hostesses or presenters -- and if you don't ask, they may be asked by someone else (it's happened on my team!!  One of my presenters attended a party for someone else, but I was the one that asked her to join.)  Don't let that opportunity pass you by!! 

DILEMMA... do I sign someone up as a presenter or keep them as a customer.  I say ALWAYS go for presenters over customers.  Customers you will get every month-- but if you find a rockstar presenter, that could change your entire business!!!  ALWAYS ask every customer to join as a presenter!!  Even "kitnappers" can turn into amazing business leaders if they capture the vision!
