Your First Party

Any products you order, make sure you order them through a party so you can earn host rewards as well as commission.
Use your party link as the website you share with friends and leads.

HOW TO PROMOTE YOUR LAUNCH PARTY
This is how I suggest you do your very first launch party. This will be slightly different than how you will do other parties- but just slightly.

1. CREATE A GROUP ON FACEBOOK - name it something like "CARA'S MAGIC 3D MASCARA PARTY" or "KELLY'S 3D LASH LAUNCH PARTY".
To create a group:

From your home page, go to the Groups section on the left side menu and click More.
Click Create Group. A window will appear, where you'll be able to add a group name, add members and select the privacy settings for your group. Make the group CLOSED! (Open means everyone and their dog will see every single post you make in the group)
Click Create when you're done.

2. ADD IMAGES BEFORE YOU ADD GUESTS

When you create the group you do need to add at least one other person. I highly suggest you add your sponsor or upline leader so she can help you with your first party. Before you invite anyone else, add some photos so your party page looks fun and inviting! IMAGE LIBRARY3.

PIN THIS (or something similar) TO THE TOP OF YOUR FACEBOOK GROUP

Welcome to Carolyn's Magic 3D Lash Mascara Party!! This party is 100% online so get comfy in your pj's in your own home and join us for some fun games and chances to win some awesome prizes. You will also get 1 point for each person you personally add to the group. Prizes will be mailed out at the end of the party! (doing points is totally optional but may be a good way to encourage more participation).

4. INVITE GUESTS
Now, groups are somewhat of a pain to add guests because you add one at a time. But, take some time and add 200-400 people to your group. Please don't add other random presenters (except your sponsor like mentioned above). Invite people that you know.

5. SEND A PERSONAL INVITATION TO YOUR GUESTS
This is KEY!!! It's annoying to just be placed in a group with no invitation from the hostess, trust me!! PLUS, people can be added to a group and not even know it! So, you need to send out a personal msg to the 30-50 people that are your closest friends, relatives or people that you just really want to check out the products.

Include a fantastic photo in the msg (a before and after with the lashes is a great choice) and something similar to this: “Hey Mary, I thought of YOU. Did you see the group I added you to? There’s this new amazing mascara that I’m in love with. I’m doing a fb party and invited you. It’s 30 minutes and it’s happening right here on facebook. So you can stay in your jammies! So check it out if you want: (insert link to group here)Thanks!”

Once you've got your party set up, BROWSE THROUGH FB PARTIES. You can literally copy the posts I have on their to use in your own parties. Plan on posting 2 times a day and then on the last couple days of your party 3-4 times a day.

Morning and Evening usually work well for posts.

Keep your posts from sounding "salesy". You'll have more success if you make your posts conversation-- ask questions, get people engaged, and make it fun. Write as if you are standing at the front of a room doing a home party- how would you talk to a group of friends about the product? Use that fun, casual tone!

6. USING THE GROUP AFTER THE PARTY

After you party is over, keep this group open. Don't post every day, but maybe 1-2 times/month. Add anyone that says they are interested in learning more about the products. Add the monthly specials and every once in a while post about the business. It can be a great marketing tool for you!

HOW MANY PARTIES TO BOOK????? This is where I get to be realistic. If you are someone that says "I want to do whatever I need to do to be successful- just tell me what to do" then this is where you want to pay attention!!

Here's the activity you want to get the results you want: 1-2 parties/week: $100-$250 PRS/week .... $500-$800 sales/month (takes 2 months to hit Yellow - 3-4 months to hit Pink ... only 1-2 presenters sponsored over 4 months)4-5 parties/week: $500-$600 PRS/week . . . $2000-$2500 sales/month (takes 1 month to hit Yellow, 2 months to hit Pink -- sponsoring 2-3 presenters/month . 4-6 months to hit Green) Commission your first month: $450 - $50010 parties/week: $1000-$1500 PRS/week . . . $4000-$5000 PRS/month (double promote to Yellow & Pink and possibly even BLUE your FIRST month - sponsoring 3-4 presenters/month .. 2-3 months to hit Green) Commission your first month: $1000-$150015 Parties/week: $2000-$2500 PRS/week . . . $7000-$10000 PRS/month (If you are also sponsoring you'll hit Yellow, Pink, Blue and even GREEN within your first 30 days - if you teach your team to do the same).
