HOSTESS COACHING
This is SO IMPORTANT to the success of a party.

"3D Fiber Lash mascara. Who knew you could get these kinds of results without things that are harmful to your eyes... say what?!"

Pretend that you are standing in a room at a real live party.... posts need to be informative and fun! Don't make it salesy. Don't over post. It doesn't make your posts more visable. If you have a slow party, invite your sponsor or another presenter to join the party and they can help make comments and ask questions.

When you get an order, thank the person on the event wall, then tag their name in it. Or send them a thank you card in the mail with your business card with it.

Customer Service or things on backorder can be frustrating. A party is a great time to provide great customer service.
"thank you so much You might have noticed that they are on back order so I wanted to send you a few free goodies for you to try why you wait for them to arrive" Customer service goes SOOO far.

Two biggest things about Virtual Parties-- coach your hostesses. Make the work EASY for them. Give them the right verbage to post - and photos that they can use. Create a file with posts you've already thought of that you can use.

Everybody has a dead party - but don't let that get you down. Branch out of your comfort zone.

HOW TO FIND HOSTESSES:
HERE'S an example of what you can email/msg your friends to invite them to host:

"Hi Zora!
Thank you so much for your order earlier this month. I'm so glad to hear that you love the 3D lashes!

Now that you've tried some of our products, I wanted to invite you to host an online party. It's super simple- we can set it up on facebook or you can share via email. You just tell your friends about your personal experience with the products and I share photos and videos. You can get up to $200 in free products and 1/2 price items as well. Crazy awesome!!

There's really nothing to lose in hosting an online party! The party can last up to 10 days and all your friends will purchase through a link so you don't have to worry about having to clean up your house or having to distribute products afterward. It's a great way to share one of your new favorite products with other women and moms that would love it too.

TIPS TO SEND YOUR HOSTESS:

Okay, here's my tips for having a successful party!!
1.) You need to send a PERSONAL message to EVERY person to each person you are inviting. NO MASS MESSAGES!!! (They just don't work because they aren't personal. You'll want to invite about 50 people to the party. Here are some sample scripts that you can basically copy and paste to make sending those 50 invitations easy and less time-consuming:

EXAMPLE #1:

“Hey Mary,
I thought of YOU. Did you see the invitation. There’s this new amazing mascara that I’m in love with. I’m doing a fb party and invited you.

It’s 30 minutes and it’s happening right here on facebook. So you can stay in your jammies!

So check it out if you want. If you RSVP my lash lady is giving away a prize -- just sayin!

Thanks!”

EXAMPLE #2:
" Hi (name), I thought of you when I booked this party because I know its something you would LOVE!!! I fell in love with it and I know you will too! Please visit my party (attach link and a picture of the before/after of a mascara pic).

EXAMPLE #3:
Sometimes you don't know if that person would totally love it. Maybe you are messaging someone that doesn't wear too much makeup so change the wording to something like:

" Hi there (name) I am hosting a party for younique and would LOVE for you to come check it out! We are doing some games to win free prizes! You can play without even purchasing! Come check it out!!! (again attach your group link and a picture of the mascara before/after pic) This is just what I do and I seem to have pretty good traffic on my page:)

3.) Be excited and show your enthusiam on the event. I find it's my hostesses that make or break an event. If you are really excited, they will be also. I will be posting each day leading up to the event. It would be great if you can comment on what I post or post your own things each day.

4.) To your guests YOU are the credible source. They know this is my business so when they are looking for how the products are- they will be asking YOU for your opinion. I'm going to mail you out some samples of our other products so you can tell them all about it!!

5.) If anyone can't attend the 30 minute live party - no problem! The party will stay open for a few days after that and anyone will be able to order using the party link I'll put up then.

TIPS for a more successful party:
* Ask the hostess to get more involved. 90% of the success of the party is the hostess.
* Coach her on what she needs to do to make it successful. Her are some ideas: have her msg each person she wants to see the party with a little msg and a link to the event or group.
* Ask her to tag her friends in the comments and photos. Add some interesting posts- funny, interesting, entertaining-- not just "buy this, buy that" posts. Got to get it interractive.
* Ask the hostess to post some photos instead of you. Send her 5-6 photos that she can post on her own to the party. SInce she's friends with the guests it's more likely they will see the posts if she's the one doing the posts.
